Lead Generation Specialist

Orange Electric is a fast‑growing B2B electrical contractor seeking a motivated Lead Generation specialist to help expand our customer base within our ideal commercial/ industrial markets. This role is all about identifying the right companies, initiating meaningful conversations, and creating qualified opportunities that fuel our sales pipeline.
We're looking for someone in Weber or Davis county as well as in Utah county
For every quote we send out to one of your leads you get a $25 Spiff.

Responsibilities
Drive Strategic Business Growth:

Proactively identify, research, and engage prospective clients through a variety of outbound sales activities, including cold calling, targeted email campaigns, networking events, and in‑person field visits. Represent Orange Electric’s services with clarity and confidence, tailoring presentations to meet the unique needs of each potential client.
Lead Qualification & Collaboration:

Work closely with the estimator to evaluate potential opportunities, ensuring that all leads are properly vetted, qualified, and prioritized. Provide detailed information gathered during outreach efforts to support accurate and timely project assessments and proposals.
Relationship Development & Conversion:

Serve as a critical bridge between initial contact and active partnership. Nurture early‑stage prospects through consistent follow‑up, value‑driven communication, and professional relationship‑building. Convert prospects into engaged, ongoing business contacts that contribute to long‑term company growth.
Market Awareness & Opportunity Tracking:

Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities within designated markets. Use this knowledge to identify high‑value prospects and strategically position services as the preferred solution.
Sales Pipeline Management:

Maintain organized records of outreach activities, client interactions, follow‑up tasks, and lead progress. Ensure all sales data is accurately documented to support reporting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
