About the Role

As a Field Appointment Setter, you'll be the first point of contact with homeowners in your assigned territory. Your goal is to start conversations, build rapport, and schedule free in-home consultations for our design consultants.

This is an active, outdoor position ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, staying on the move, and interacting with people throughout the day. No hard selling—your focus is simply identifying interested homeowners and setting qualified appointments.

You'll receive training, ongoing coaching, and the tools you need to succeed while earning competitive hourly pay plus performance-based incentives.

What You'll Do

  • Canvass assigned neighborhoods to introduce homeowners to Renewal by Andersen.
  • Engage homeowners in friendly, professional conversations.
  • Generate qualified leads by scheduling free in-home consultations.
  • Accurately record customer information and appointment details using company-provided technology.
  • Utilize mapping and CRM applications to manage territory efficiently.
