Functional Consultant- Workday (AMS)
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
We are seeking a strong Workday HCM Functional Consultant to support a reputed client in the Asset Management (BFSI) domain. The role involves managing HCM configurations, resolving system issues, and providing effective functional solutions in a client-facing onsite capacity.
• 10+ years of experience in Workday HCM functional consulting
• Strong expertise in configuration, issue resolution, and solution design
• Hands-on experience in Compensation / Talent Management / Recruiting configuration
• Workday Certified professional
• Experience as a Lead Functional Consultant in implementation or AMS engagements
• Strong experience in client-facing onsite role
Roles & Responsibilities
• Handle Workday HCM configuration and support across Core HCM, BPF, and Security
• Troubleshoot and resolve configuration and production issues
• Partner with business stakeholders to provide functional solutions and system improvements
• Support ongoing AMS activities and enhancements
• Work hands-on with configuration in areas such as Compensation, Talent Management, or Recruiting
