Job description

Senior Superintendent – $110M Bay Area School Project

ParkerBeth is partnering with a leading general contractor to hire a Senior Superintendent for a marquee $110M+ school construction project in Hayward, CA.

This multi-phase build will transform an existing elementary school into a state-of-the-art middle school with multiple structures, structural steel, masonry, and high-end finishes. The project kicked off with demo in Fall 2025, and has continued with mass grading/utilities into early this year with vertical construction planned to start in Summer 2026.
