The pay range is $73,000.00 - $132,000.00

As a Senior Creative Producer, you will lead integrated creative production across photography, video, motion, social, digital content, 3D, and emerging production workflows. You will oversee end-to-end production from concept through final delivery while driving operational excellence, cross-functional alignment, and scalable production solutions that support both business and brand objectives.

You will partner closely with Creative, Marketing, Digital, Stores, Merchandising, Business Affairs, Legal, and external production and agency partners to define production strategy, manage complex projects, source and negotiate creative resources, and ensure high-quality asset delivery across multiple channels and platforms.

You will bring strong production expertise, financial acumen, and leadership skills to navigate ambiguity, solve complex problems, manage budgets and resources responsibly, and drive alignment across teams. As part of the production team, you will help build future production capabilities through process innovation, workflow optimization, and adoption of emerging technologies.

About you

Four-year degree or equivalent experience

5+ years of experience in creative production, content production, photography, video, motion, digital, ecommerce, or related production environments

Expertise managing integrated, multi-channel creative production from concept through final delivery

Experience leading complex projects across multiple stakeholders, priorities, and timelines

Strong understanding of production workflows, studio operations, asset management, and post-production processes

Strong business acumen with experience managing production budgets, estimates, forecasting, negotiations, and external resources

Experience sourcing, negotiating, and managing vendors, talent, agencies, and external creative partners

Demonstrated ability to influence partners, solve problems proactively, and drive cross-functional alignment

Strong communication, organizational, financial, and project management skills

Ability to lead through ambiguity, balance competing priorities, and adapt to evolving business needs

Familiarity with emerging production technologies, workflows, and enterprise production systems

Flexible to travel as business needs require

This role requires you to regularly report and perform job duties onsite at our Winter Street Studio location in Minneapolis.
