You help translate big ideas into beautifully executed work, guiding projects from early thinking through final delivery with care, clarity, and craft. Working across strategy, creative, and production, you ensure ideas are realized thoughtfully, on time, and at a high standard.


This is a leadership role rooted in judgment, taste, and execution. You bring structure that supports creativity, help teams do their best work, and elevate how projects come together, creating a process that feels confident, intentional, and rewarding for both clients and collaborators.


What You're Responsible For

1. Creative Production & Delivery

  • Own end-to-end production across campaigns, content, and brand work
  • Build and manage timelines, scopes, and delivery plans
  • Oversee asset management, versioning, trafficking, and final handoff
  • Lead QA across all deliverables before anything ships
  • Coordinate internal teams and external partners with clarity and authority
  • Interface with clients on the daily

2. Operational Leadership

  • Act as a key operational partner to agency leadership
  • Translate creative ideas into executable production plans
  • Anticipate risks and resolve issues before they escalate
  • Help define and maintain how work moves through the agency
  • Balance creative ambition with real constraints
  • Baseline financial management - invoices, receivables, payables

3. Quality, Taste & Trust

  • Serve as a final internal checkpoint for craft and coherence
  • Protect quality without creating bottlenecks
  • Be a steady, credible presence with clients and collaborators
