Summary:
In this role, you will lead the design, development, implementation, and support of enterprise intelligent automation solutions leveraging Microsoft Power Platform and UiPath technologies. You will partner with business and technology stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, modernize business processes, and deliver scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency, data visibility, and business outcomes.
You will serve as a technical leader and mentor across automation initiatives while driving project delivery, governance, and platform best practices. This role combines hands-on development expertise, analytical problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and leadership capabilities to support enterprise automation and digital transformation objectives.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design, architecture, development, and deployment of automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and UiPath technologies.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for intelligent automation platforms, including governance, best practices, scalability, and solution optimization.
  • Partner with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, evaluate business processes, and identify automation opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain solutions leveraging Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, AI Builder, UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, and related technologies.
  • Drive automation and modernization initiatives by converting manual and repetitive processes into scalable, efficient, and reusable solutions.
  • Lead technical delivery activities including solution design, development, testing, deployment, support, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure automation solutions meet enterprise standards for security, maintainability, reliability, and performance.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to integrate automation platforms with APIs, databases, cloud services, enterprise applications, and third-party systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to workflows, integrations, automation orchestration, and platform performance.
  • Lead automation projects and workstreams while managing timelines, priorities, deliverables, risks, and stakeholder communication.
  • Develop dashboards, reporting, and analytics solutions that improve operational visibility and business decision-making.
  • Communicate technical concepts, recommendations, and project updates effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Mentor analysts, developers, and automation engineers by providing technical guidance, peer reviews, coaching, and knowledge sharing.
  • Support the establishment and advancement of automation governance, standards, and Center of Excellence (CoE) practices.
  • Research and evaluate emerging automation, AI, and low-code technologies to support innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of automation, software engineering, or business systems experience required.
  • Advanced proficiency in at least one platform required:
    • Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, AI Builder)
    • UiPath Platform (UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, attended/unattended automation, integrations)
  • Experience across both Microsoft Power Platform and UiPath ecosystems strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of intelligent automation, robotic process automation (RPA), low-code/no-code platforms, and enterprise application integration.
  • Experience designing and delivering scalable enterprise solutions within complex business environments.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Experience leading projects and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders through full solution delivery lifecycles.
  • Strong written, verbal communication, presentation, and project management skills required.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant certifications preferred, including:
    • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate
