Duties

  • Lead daily restaurant operations with enthusiasm, ensuring smooth shift transitions and optimal customer service.
  • Supervise and motivate team members, providing training and development to enhance their skills in food preparation, customer service, and safety standards.
  • Manage inventory control processes, including stock ordering, food safety compliance, and waste reduction strategies.
  • Oversee food production and kitchen management to maintain high-quality standards in food handling, cooking, and presentation.
  • Utilize POS systems for accurate cash handling, order processing, and sales tracking.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations across all areas of the restaurant.
  • Support hiring processes by interviewing candidates and assisting with staff onboarding and training initiatives.
  • Monitor budget performance, control costs, and implement strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining excellent service levels.
  • Handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly to ensure a positive dining experience for every guest.
  • Assist with catering events or banquet services when needed, contributing to overall restaurant success.

Experience

  • Proven management experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment with a focus on food service management.
  • Demonstrated supervising experience with team management, training & development responsibilities.
  • Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management.
  • Familiarity with POS systems; cash handling expertise essential.
  • Experience in inventory control, budgeting, and food safety practices aligned with industry standards.
  • Previous hospitality or restaurant management experience including shift management responsibilities is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of culinary techniques gained through fine dining or casual dining experience enhances your leadership potential.
