We are hiring Construction Laborers and Apprentice Carpenters to support upcoming commercial and residential construction projects throughout King and Snohomish Counties.

This is a great opportunity for dependable individuals looking to gain experience in the construction industry while working alongside skilled carpenters. Duties range from job site cleanup and material handling to assisting with framing, demolition, and basic carpentry.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform job site cleanup and maintain a safe work environment
  • Load, unload, and move construction materials
  • Assist Journeyman Carpenters with daily tasks
  • Perform basic carpentry, framing, and demolition
  • Install blocking, backing, and other basic building components
  • Operate hand and power tools safely
  • Measure, cut, and prepare materials as directed
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain organized work areas
  • Complete other general labor duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • Construction or carpentry experience required
  • Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical work throughout the day
