Description
  • Sell LDS Church curriculum and clothing products in a retail store environment
  • Assist customers with proper fit and usage of clothing items and other related products
  • Exhibit world-class sales and customer service skills
  • Assist customers by operating cash registers, locating products, taking orders, gift-wrapping, etc.
  • Maintain store appearance and organization by stocking shelves, unpacking merchandise shipments, and assisting with merchandise presentation
  • Schedule may include a variety of shifts including days, evenings, and Saturdays

Required Skills
  • BFOQ - Must be a female who has received her own personal endowments and possesses a current temple recommend
  • Ability to interact with customers in-person and over the phone on a day-to-day basis is an essential function of this position
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills
  • Knowledge of LDS Church curriculum and clothing products preferred
  • Computer and cashiering skills preferred
  • Ability to resolve routine customer problems and negotiate effective solutions
  • Applicants must be flexible to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, Saturdays, and holidays (except for Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day)
  • Ability to hear, understand, and respond to customers and associates
