Job description

Laguna Development Corporation (LDC) is seeking a dynamic Training Coordinator to support and enhance our organizational development efforts across all campuses. This role plays a key part in administering our Learning Management System (LMS), facilitating and presenting during in-person New Hire Orientations, and delivering engaging classroom, virtual, and online training programs. The Training Coordinator serves as a visible representative of the Learning & Development function and must possess strong presentation, public speaking, and facilitation skills to effectively engage diverse audiences. This position partners closely with leaders to support leadership development, succession planning, and departmental training initiatives while maintaining accurate training records, coordinating seamless program logistics, and providing exceptional customer service to team members.

The successful candidate will have a strong presentation background, the ability to confidently lead in-person training sessions and orientations, and a passion for creating an engaging learning experience. A bachelor's degree is strongly preferred, along with at least four years of experience in program administration, training, learning and development, or employee development. This role thrives in a fast-paced environment and requires someone who can build positive relationships, work collaboratively, and represent LDC's core values with professionalism. Experience in hospitality or gaming is a plus, and the ability to obtain a gaming license and successfully pass pre-employment screenings is required.
