Position Overview

We are seeking a fully licensed Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our growing clinical team. The ideal candidate is experienced, independently licensed, and passionate about providing therapeutic services to diverse populations, including adolescents, families, military personnel, veterans, and individuals experiencing trauma.

As an independently licensed clinician, the LCSW will provide clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment services and contribute to a culture of clinical excellence and collaboration.


Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, family, and/or adolescent therapy using evidence-based treatment modalities
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, establish diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and assessments (SimplePractice + AI supported)
  • Maintain ethical and legal standards consistent with New Mexico social work licensure and HIPAA regulations
  • Manage and maintain an independent caseload and schedule
  • Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development activities
  • Collaborate with leadership and clinical team to ensure quality of care and continuity of services


Qualifications

  • Masters Degree in Social Work (MSW) from a CSWE-accredited program
  • Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the State of New Mexico (required)
  • Ability to independently assess, diagnose, and treat mental health conditions within scope of licensure
  • Experience working with trauma, adolescents, families, military populations, or related clinical areas preferred
  • Strong clinical judgment, organizational skills, and documentation abilities
  • Commitment to ethical practice and maintaining client confidentiality
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
