The Mythic Harmony Behavioral and Counseling Center is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dedicated team. Work Environment

This position is 100% remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while connecting with clients in need. You will have the flexibility to manage your schedule, with standard working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive bio-psychosocial assessments for clients of various ages to uncover mental health, substance abuse, and medical needs.
  • Deliver a range of behavioral health services, including individual and group counseling, intake evaluations, treatment planning, and crisis intervention.
  • Document evaluations, progress notes, counseling sessions, and suicide risk assessments electronically, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping.
  • Facilitate referrals to local community resources, including treatment programs and medication assistance, ensuring clients have access to the support they need.
  • Collaborate with quality improvement teams to design and implement data collection processes, enhancing service delivery and client outcomes.
  • Actively engage in case consultations with healthcare providers to escalate patient needs when necessary, ensuring the highest level of care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary clientele will consist of individuals, couples, and families seeking assistance with a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications
  • Possession of a current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) state license is mandatory.
