Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Location: Illinois
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
We are hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for a full-time remote role serving clients through telehealth. In this position, you will provide therapy, complete clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and support individuals as they work through mental health, emotional, and behavioral challenges. This role is centered on direct client care, clinical judgment, and helping people make steady progress through consistent treatment and support.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual therapy sessions through a secure telehealth platform
  • Complete psychosocial assessments and clinical evaluations
  • Create and update individualized treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Monitor client progress and adjust care plans when needed
  • Respond appropriately to risk concerns and follow clinical protocols

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program
  • Active Illinois LCSW license in good standing
  • At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
  • Experience providing psychotherapy to adults, families, or diverse client populations
  • Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
