Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Cortica is growing and seeking a passionate BCBA to join our team in a brand-new location in Mesa! This is an exciting opportunity to be the first BCBA and a part of a founding team.
We are a unified team of doctors and therapists, specializing in neurodevelopmental disorders.
We emphasize collaboration and long-term outcomes, grounded in an assent-based, individualized approach and supported by a team of physicians, speech, occupational, and mental health therapists. Learn about our Whole-Child Model!
We're committed to investing in our clinicians from day one, including a first-year retention bonus of up to $5,000, a competitive salary, and meaningful growth opportunities.
Position Overview
This work is meaningful and complex. Our roles are thoughtfully designed to support sustainable, ethical practice.
Based primarily out of our Warren clinic, with approximately 70-80% of your caseload delivered in-clinic and 20-30% in-home/via telehealth to surrounding communities (roughly a 30-45 minute commute).
Schedule: primarily daytime hours, with 1-2 evenings per week extending to 6:30-7:00 PM; other days typically wrap up around 5:00 PM. Our goal is to keep a balanced caseload for all our new BCBAs, so we balance daytime and evening clients accordingly - this is what you can expect from your schedule.

  • Hybrid flexibility for supervision (when appropriate) & administrative tasks
  • Clinical Supervisors for case consultation and guidance
  • Transdisciplinary partners for collaboration across specialties

  • Care Coordinators for scheduling and day-to-day logistics
  • BT Managers for performance and operational support
  • BT Trainers who lead 3-week orientation and support BCAT testing
Learning & Advancement

  • Clinical Rounds and company-wide All Brains, ABA, Developmental Therapies, and Medical meetings

Benefits
  • Continuing Education Stipend: $2,000 annually

Compensation
  • Base Salary: $95,000 and $105,000

  • First-Year Retention Bonus: Up to $7500
Minimum Qualifications
  • Master's degree in human services or a related field required
  • BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) certification required
  • LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) certification required
