Job description

Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Reports To: Regional Clinical Director

Shift: Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm EST

Status: Exempt

About Applied Behavior Center for Autism: The mission of the Applied Behavior Center for Autism is to provide the highest quality ABA and Verbal Behavior therapy and consulting services to children and their families affected by Autism Spectrum Disorders to build brighter futures. We do this by providing proven research-based ABA methodologies delivered by highly qualified and certified professionals. Our programs focus on increasing language skills, daily living, and reducing problematic behavior.

Position Overview: We are looking for passionate, caring BCaBAs & BCBAs to provide clinic based behavior analytic services to children and teens with autism spectrum disorder.

Required Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA, BCBA-D, or BCaBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Active Indiana Behavior Analyst License (LBA) from the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments (e.g., functional behavior assessments, skill assessments) for clients to determine treatment needs
  • Developing evidence-based individualized treatment plans (ITPs) and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment results
  • Ensuring accurate implementation of treatment plans by Registered Behavior Technicians, adjusting plans as necessary based on client progress data and stakeholder feedback
  • Supervising and providing ongoing support and training to Registered Behavior Technicians and other clinical staff to ensure treatment and data collection fidelity
  • Meet with parents and caregivers for the purpose of parent training on implementation of behavior and skill acquisitions strategies in the home and community settings
  • Serve as a liaison between families, the clinical team, and external professionals to ensure continuity of care
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including progress notes and treatment plan modifications
  • Prepare reports and documentation for clients, families, and external agencies as requested

Compensation:
