The Role: Our Pipe Layer Apprentices repair existing issues outside each customer's home. Their priority is the customer, providing options and ensuring a 5-star quality service with every interaction, every call, at every home. Pipe Layer Apprentices have the benefit of earning a Guaranteed 40 hour per week paycheck regardless of season and level of work.

What You'll Do Consistently represent yourself as professional and "industry knowledgeable" which will in return lead to new referrals and repeat business! Level and reset customer yards following excavation. Work on light landscaping of trees, shrubs, sod, etc.

Assist the operator. Work as second hand to Excavation Team. Actively participate in all training exercises, morning meetings, and company events.
