Cooler/Freezer Picker – Night Shift Warehouse Associate

Location: Wheeling, WV
Schedule: Sunday through Thursday, 3:30 PM until finished
Employment Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week)
Starting Pay: $16.00 per hour

Position Summary

We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our warehouse team as Cooler/Freezer Pickers on our night shift in Wheeling, WV. This position is responsible for accurately selecting, assembling, and preparing customer orders in a fast-paced cooler and freezer environment. Team members must be able to work efficiently while maintaining productivity, accuracy, and safety standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Accurately pick and prepare orders within cooler and freezer storage areas.
  • Verify product quantities and ensure order accuracy.
  • Safely move products using pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow all company safety policies and warehouse procedures.
  • Meet productivity and performance expectations throughout the shift.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision while contributing positively to the warehouse team.
  • Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Must be dependable with excellent attendance.
  • Must have a clean background and can pass a drug test.
  • Must be able to work in freezer temperatures ranging from 0F to -10F for extended periods.
  • Must be able to work with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment throughout each shift.
