FULL DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Picker/Putaway Associate to support daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. This role is responsible for accurately receiving, storing, organizing, picking, and putting away product while also supporting outbound shipping activities to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse workflow. The ideal candidate will have warehouse experience, picking and putaway experience, sit-down and stand-up forklift experience, and the ability to work safely and accurately in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Safely operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, stage, and store product
  • Picking orders accurately
  • Putting away incoming inventory from containers into designated warehouse locations
  • Receiving, storing, and organizing product as assigned
  • Consolidating inventory as needed to maximize space and maintain organization
  • Assisting with loading trucks for outbound shipments
  • Supporting outbound shipping activities as needed
  • Maintaining accuracy and attention to detail when handling product and inventory
  • Following all warehouse safety procedures and operational guidelines
  • Communicating effectively in English with team members and supervisors
  • Operating warehouse equipment safely
  • Working at elevated heights when required
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse area
  • Performing other duties as assigned

The selected candidate will also possess:

  • 1 to 2 years of warehouse experience required
  • Picking and putaway experience required
  • Sit-down forklift experience required
  • Stand-up forklift experience required
  • Distribution or warehouse environment experience preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English required
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to follow warehouse safety procedures and operational guidelines
