Job description

Lawn Management Company (LMC) is searching for Landscape Crew & Drivers to perform a variety of lawn care maintenance and enhancement services for our commercial clients in Central Houston! Our Drivers must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record and able to pass a pre-employment drug screen. These positions are fulltime and benefit eligible positions and we pay weekly. We are looking for candidates who want a long-term career and we are ready to invest in their growth!
Responsibilities:
  • Mowing lawns using push and riding mowers
  • Trimming and edging using gas powered trimmers
  • Hand pulling weeds
  • Picking up trash and yard debris
  • Perform installation of plants, shrubs, flowers, mulch, sod, irrigation components, drainage systems, and hardscape features, etc
  • Operating backpack blower to blow leaves and/or grass clippings
  • Drivers Only-Driving company vehicle to and from work sites with crew members
  • Other responsibilities as directed

Qualifications:
  • 1 year of landscape/lawn care experience is preferred; open to training!
  • Bilingual--Spanish/English preferred
  • Must be at least 18 yrs of age
  • Drivers Only-Valid Driver's License with clean driving record and ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screening; must be at least 21 yrs of age
  • Familiarity with hand tools commonly used in landscaping.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs and walk 10+ miles a day
