WeedX Fertilizing is a growing, professional lawn care company specializing in fertilization, weed control, and turf health programs. We take pride in doing things the right way — safe applications, clear communication, and excellent customer service.
We are looking for a dependable Lawn Fertilizer Spray Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality work, and wants a stable career path in the green industry.
Responsibilities
  • Apply lawn fertilizer, weed control, and liquid treatments according to WeedX programs
  • Safely operate ride-on and skid sprayers
  • Accurately identify common weeds, turf types, and lawn conditions
  • Follow all label instructions, safety protocols, and state regulations
  • Communicate professionally with customers at their properties
  • Document applications, notes, and service details accurately
  • Maintain equipment, trucks, and daily route organization
  • Represent WeedX Fertilizing in a professional manner at all times
Qualifications
  • Lawn care or fertilizer application experience preferred (training available)
  • Must have state pesticide applicator license
  • 5+ years of experience
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to work independently and manage a daily route
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
