We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Law Clerk to join our legal team. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to support legal professionals by conducting research, preparing initial draft of legal documents, and managing administrative tasks that keep our legal operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and eager to develop their legal expertise in a dynamic environment. As a Law Clerk, you will play a vital role in assisting with case preparation, legal analysis, and administrative support, contributing directly to the efficiency and success of our legal team.

Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive legal research using various sources to support ongoing cases and projects
  • Draft and review legal documents, including memos, briefs, contracts, and correspondence with precision and clarity
  • Assist with case file management through filing, organizing, and maintaining accurate records both physically and electronically
  • Support attorneys in preparing for court proceedings by gathering relevant case materials and evidence
