The Theatre and Dance department is seeking a motivated and professional student to assist with front office operations for the
2026-2027 academic year with chance of renewal.
You'll gain hands-on experience with administrative tasks, front-desk operations, and office organization - all while contributing to an exciting and student focused department.
Minimum Qualifications

-Experience supporting student orgs, community programs, or office environments in any capacity (event sign-ins, flyers, emails, etc.).
-Comfortable answering phones, greeting guests, or managing front-desk spaces.
-Familiarity with basic computer tasks such as typing, document formatting, and using Adobe, Canva, and Microsoft Office.
-Strong attention to detail and a positive, professional attitude.
