Can I be a legal assistant with no experience?

Legal assistants, also known as paralegals, can often start with little to no experience if they have strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Entry-level positions may provide on-the-job training, and some employers prefer candidates with relevant coursework or certifications in legal studies. Developing familiarity with legal terminology and office software can improve chances of securing such roles.

What are some typical challenges a Law Office Assistant might face when managing multiple attorneys' schedules and caseloads?
