The Role

We’re hiring a House Cleaner to provide high-quality cleaning services to homes and businesses throughout the Portland area. You’ll dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and leave every space spotless—taking pride in your work every step of the way.

You may work independently or as part of a team depending on the job. Every day is different, offering variety of work.


Requirements
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and hardworking

  • Committed to consistently delivering great results
  • Professional residential and/or commercial cleaning experience required
  • 21+ years old
  • Smartphone
  • Previous team lead, trainer, or management experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and high personal cleaning standards
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Workspace
  • Ability to learn scheduling and job management software (Jobber)
  • Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record
  • Able to pass a background check
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Able to lift 25+ lbs and perform physical cleaning tasks throughout shifts
  • Access to washer and dryer to clean company provided rags
  • Dependable, organized, and a strong communicator
  • Fluent English required; bilingual Spanish is a plus
