Position Overview

The Laundry Center Attendant plays a vital role in supporting Monster Laundry’s operations by delivering outstanding customer service, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring efficient processing of wash-dry-fold orders. This position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer.
Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service:
    • Greet and assist customers with self-service machines and wash-dry-fold inquiries.
    • Investigate and resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly.
    • Refer potential new customers to the sales department for business development.
  • Operations and Productivity:
    • Accurately process wash-dry-fold orders to maintain high-quality standards.
    • Monitor order flow and ensure efficient use of equipment and time.
    • Assist in inventory tracking for laundry supplies.
  • Facility Maintenance:
    • Maintain a consistently clean, safe, and welcoming facility, including machines, floors, and common areas.
    • Conduct daily cleaning of laundromat equipment, premises, and surrounding grounds.
    • Report maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions immediately.
Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of customer service principles and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in cleaning and order processing.
