Job description

Responsible for laundromat maintenance and cleaning, as well as assisting customers with self-serve and drop-off laundry.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service at all times.

  • Help self-serve customers when needed. Perform basic troubleshooting of equipment when possible.

  • Process drop-off laundry orders in a timely and efficient manner following the employee handbook

  • Keep the facility clean and tidy. Complete store and equipment cleaning as assigned.

  • Maintain efficient store operation by notifying management of machine malfunctions and of supplies needed.

  • Promote a safe environment by being attentive to potential hazards, both personal and environmental, and reduce the risks however possible. Notify management of identified safety concerns.

Qualifications

  • Functional reading and writing and basic computer and keyboard skills.

  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash register transactions.

  • Physically able to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including one's own body.

  • Communication over the phone and in person.

  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.
