Job description

Position Summary

FabKleen is seeking a dependable, hands‑on Laundromat Supervisor to oversee daily store operations, support attendants, maintain a clean and safe environment, and ensure an excellent customer experience. This is a full‑time, on‑site role.

Key Responsibilities
    1.Open and close the laundromat; ensure all equipment is operating properly
    2.Supervise attendants and support their daily tasks
    3.Maintain store cleanliness, including machines, folding areas, and restrooms
    4.Perform light maintenance and basic troubleshooting on washers and dryers
    5.Monitor and restock supplies (detergent, bags, cleaning products etc.)
    6.Assist with wash‑dry‑fold production as needed
    7.Handle customer questions and resolve issues professionally
    8.Report equipment problems, incidents, and inventory needs to management
    9.Ensure safety, security, and adherence to company policies
    10.Other responsibilities as needed
Qualifications
    1.Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or facility supervision preferred
    2.Strong communication and customer‑service skills
    3.Ability to lift 30–40 lbs and stand for extended periods
    4.Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus
