What are the main challenges faced in a launch servicing role, and how can new hires prepare for them?

In a Launch Servicing role, one of the main challenges is adapting to fast-paced changes in project timelines and client requirements, as the industry often involves tight deadlines and evolving regulations. New hires can prepare by developing strong organizational skills, staying current with compliance standards, and being proactive in communication with both internal teams and external clients. Additionally, familiarity with loan servicing software and a willingness to learn about financial products will help new team members succeed and quickly contribute to the team.
