Job Description
Title: Attraction Monitor
Reports to: Supervisor/Manager

We are a family entertainment company with locations across the United States. We
are continually expanding and are looking for individuals who like to think outside the
box, utilize their entrepreneurial skills, expand their horizons and grow with us.
The Position:
Oversee the safe operation of all attractions while providing friendly, responsive service
to create an exceptional entertainment experience for our guests. An Attraction
Monitorโ€™s attitude directly affects how Launch Family Entertainment as a whole is
perceived. Your main functions are to ensure that all company policies are being
followed, that all attractions are properly maintained to ensure a safe and enjoyable
experience for all guests, and to actively interact and engage with the guests to
enhance their overall experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
โ— Greet and assist guests entering the attractions.
โ— Explain jump areas and rules for each attraction.
โ— Ensure that all jumpers have a valid wristband, proper footwear, and no loose
jewelry.
โ— Actively engage with guests and parents, making them feel welcomed and
excited to be at Launch.
โ— Coordinate clearing the attractions of guests whose wristbands have expired.
โ— Coordinate clearing the courts or surrounding area when there is an injury.
โ— Ensure that all pads, nets, springs, and other safety items are installed and
functioning properly.
โ— Ensure all guests are following the rules.
โ— Alert guests when their time has expired.
โ— Remove expired wristbands if needed.
โ— Assist all guests with any questions or concerns.
โ— Keep all attractions clean and sanitized.
โ— Conduct weekly and monthly maintenance on specific attractions
โ— Monitor, clear, and organize neighboring areas of the park as needed.
โ— Report problems with equipment to the supervisor on duty.
โ— Maintain a fully stocked backpack of first aid supplies and charged walkie talkie.
โ— Attend to any and all injured visitors within your designated area and call for a
supervisor to conduct an injury report.
โ— Complete trampoline/attraction safety checklist daily.
โ— Complete opening and closing checklists daily.
โ— Perform their job in a friendly, courteous manner at all times.
โ— Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor and management.
Qualifications:
โ— Willingness to be a team player and hard worker.
โ— Must be able to communicate clearly with supervisors and managers but
especially with guests.
โ— Must understand and reinforce the Launch culture.
โ— Be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 25 pounds.
โ— Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours).
โ— Must be outgoing and able to interact and engage with all guests to enhance
guest experience.
