The Senior Finance Analyst supports the monthโ€‘end close, planning, business partnering, analysis, and reporting cycle for the LATAM Business Unit of Molson Coors Beverage Company. The role requires approximately 30โ€“40% travel and reports to the Senior Finance Manager, LATAM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for monthly and quarterly close, reporting, and analysis for the LATAM region, including volume reconciliation, journal entries, royalty invoicing, and G&A reporting.
  • Identifies costโ€‘reduction and efficiency opportunities while supporting monthly and quarterly LATAM financial reporting.
  • Acts as a business partner by analyzing data, generating insights, and making recommendations that support commercial and financial decisionโ€‘making.
  • Conducts business development, market analysis, and pricing analysis to support Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and distributor relationships.
  • Builds and maintains strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders across the LATAM region.
  • Supports the Long Range Plan (LRP) and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) cycles through analysis, modeling, and crossโ€‘functional collaboration.
  • Assists in monthly forecast preparation, including regional G&A forecasting and Cash Flow preparation.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in a relevant field with 4+ years of experience in Bigโ€ฏ4 Accounting or CPG; CPA strongly preferred.
  • Solid knowledge of USโ€ฏGAAP.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Strong Excel skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a major plus.
  • Detailโ€‘oriented, collaborative, and teamโ€‘focused.
  • Ability to work independently with strong initiative and thrive in a fastโ€‘paced, dynamic environment.

Pay and Benefits:

The posting salary range is $81,600.00 โ€“ $107,100.00, with an additional 10% target shortโ€‘term incentive and an average of $23,000 spent on benefits per employee, including health, dental, vision, retirement with aboveโ€‘market employer match, wellness incentives, EAP, paid time off, holidays, vacation days and sick days.
