A typical day for a Lasik Technician involves preparing the surgical suite, calibrating LASIK equipment, conducting pre-operative diagnostic tests, and supporting the ophthalmologist during procedures. You’ll interact closely with patients to explain the steps of their surgery, address concerns, and ensure their comfort throughout the process. After procedures, you may also assist with post-operative care instructions and help maintain accurate patient records.
