What You'll Do
As a vital member of our surgical team, you will:
Provide comprehensive medical and surgical retina care
Diagnose, treat, and manage a full spectrum of complex retinal conditions
Perform and interpret advanced diagnostic testing
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary ophthalmic team to deliver seamless, patient-centered care
Support clinical excellence by contributing to quality improvement initiatives and best practice standards
Participate in building and strengthening our rapidly expanding retina service line

Requirements


Board-Certified MD (or Board Eligibility with plans to certify)
Current Washington and Idaho medical licensure (or ability to obtain)
Fellowship training in Retina/Vitreous Surgery
Experience in developing and implementing clinical programs, policies, and quality initiatives
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality surgical and clinical care
Ability to collaborate effectively with peers, staff, and referring providers
