Shift: Day shift, Full-Time (M-TH) 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with possibility for Overtime
Pay Range: $30.00 - $33.00/hour

What Youโ€™ll Do:
  • Perform laser welding of microelectronic assemblies to create hermetic seals, using a variety of equipment such as automated machines, leak checking devices, and vacuum ovens.
  • Utilize specialized equipment to perform laser welding of microelectronic assemblies, including automated laser welding machines, mechanical presses, and inert gas mixture gloveboxes.
  • Troubleshooting of assemblies that do not pass leak checks and other various microelectronic assembly work will be part of the role
  • Assemble electronic components, sub-assemblies, and products following work instruction and drawings.
  • Make adjustments to machine settings as necessary to maintain product quality.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, assembly process/work instructions and work instruction processes.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot welding equipment to ensure reliable operation.
  • Maintain accurate data entry related to production processes.
  • Collaborate with teams members to improve throughput and continuous improvement.

What Weโ€™re Looking For:
  • Preferred experience with operating laser welding and TIG welding equipment to perform precision welds on small and micro parts.
  • Basic computer skills required, including ability to navigate digital systems for timekeeping, work instructions, and task confirmation.
  • Proficient in basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
  • Mechanical aptitude and understanding of machine operations.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Knowledge of ESD procedures and machine equipment.
  • Strong work ethic and a reputation for punctuality and reliability, with a desire to grow and learn in their role.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
