Job description

Position Summary
We are seeking Machine Operators with experience in operating lasers or press equipment. In this position, you will operate and maintain machinery to ensure the machines continuous process in producing high quality products in accordance with company standards.
The ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of industrial machines and tools, strong attention to detail, be safety-conscious, ability to troubleshoot issues, follow work instructions, and maintain consistent quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate CNC machines according to work instructions
  • Assist other team members in setup and operation functions as needed.
  • Maximize manufacturing cell output of quality fabricated metal parts per production schedule
  • Assist other team members in setup and operation functions as needed
  • Identify improvements in fabrication methods that will increase quality and profitability.
  • Identify maintenance issues
  • Help to solve problems related to product quality, product delivery, or other task-related difficulties
  • Comply with all facets of the Health and Safety Program.
  • Perform projects within the framework of the ISO 9000 Quality System.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures including PPE requirements to perform the job safely
Qualifications & Skills
  • Previous machine operator experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Previous experience operating lasers or press equipment
  • Understands ISO 9000 Quality Systems.
  • Able to read drawings to include material and part specifications, tolerances, notes, symbols, and multiple part views.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Adequate verbal and written communication skills.
  • Adequate employee relation skills
Employment Type & Compensation
  • This is a Full-Time | Direct Hire position
  • Pay rate is $47,840 Annually
  • Application Window: Open until closed
Work Schedule
  • 2nd Shift | Monday – Friday | 2:00pm-11:00pm
