What is a large loss project manager?

A Large Loss Project Manager is a professional who oversees the restoration and reconstruction of properties that have suffered significant damage, typically from disasters like fires, floods, or storms. They coordinate all aspects of large-scale loss projects, including assessing damage, developing restoration plans, managing budgets, and communicating with insurance companies and clients. Their goal is to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
