Successful Large Loss Project Managers are adept at problem-solving and maintaining flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances throughout the recovery process.

What is a large loss project manager?

A Large Loss Project Manager is a professional who oversees the restoration and reconstruction of properties that have suffered significant damage, typically from disasters like fires, floods, or storms.
