Join a high-performing print team in Minneapolis, MN 55428 where quality, safety, and reliability drive everything we do. If you thrive operating advanced sheetfed offset equipment and enjoy solving press challenges with precision, this role is built for you.

What you’ll do
  • Set up, operate, and maintain KBA 105 and 106 sheetfed offset presses configured for 6- and 7-color, 40" production.
  • Maintain tight color control by monitoring press operations and adjusting ink/water balance.
  • Execute routine maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical and print-quality issues to keep runs on track.
  • Collaborate with production to meet deadlines, throughput goals, and quality standards.
  • Uphold a clean, organized press area and follow all safety protocols and company policies.
What you bring
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical printing coursework or training welcomed.
  • Demonstrated experience as a litho press operator or comparable role.
  • Deep understanding of sheetfed offset processes and equipment.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with strong problem-solving ability.
  • Team-first mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Clear communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
  • Flexibility to work overtime when business needs arise.
Schedule and compensation
  • Weekend shift: Friday–Sunday, 6:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
  • Work 36 hours; paid for 40, plus a weekend shift differential.
