AlphaGraphics Bloomington & Apple Valley

Love the idea of making real, physical things — pieces people can hold, hang, and drive around town? At AlphaGraphics, we turn files into finished print every day, and we're looking for a Full-Time Digital Print Production Operator to help us do it well.
This is a hands-on role for someone detail-oriented, curious, and ready to build a lasting career in print. A background in print or production is a real plus, but we'll help you grow from there. Alongside our digital printers, you'll produce large-format work like banners, signs, and vehicle graphics — with the chance to learn installation as you grow.
The Role & Locations

This full-time position requires flexibility to work across both our Bloomington and Apple Valley locations based on production schedules. You'll join a tight-knit crew that takes pride in quality work, backs each other up, and leaves plenty of room for humanity, fun, and laughter.
What You'll Do

  • Set up and run cut-sheet digital printers for color and black-and-white jobs accurately, efficiently, and to a high standard.
  • Proof every job against work orders, calibrating printers to match Pantone specs and checking quality throughout the run.
  • Produce large-format graphics — banners, signs, decals, vehicle graphics, and wall murals — with the opportunity to learn installation.
  • Perform routine equipment maintenance, manage inventory, and log jobs in our production system.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at both locations.
What We're Looking For

  • Location Flexibility: Willingness and reliable transportation to work at both the Bloomington and Apple Valley locations as scheduled.
  • Experience or background in print or a production environment.
  • A sharp eye for detail, color precision, and pride in getting things right the first time.
  • Ability to juggle multiple deadlines, lift and move production materials, and use basic software (experience with Fiery Command Workstation or graphic design is a plus).
What We Offer

  • Pay: $19–$23/hour, depending on experience.
  • Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours/week), Monday–Friday. No nights, no weekends.
  • Benefits: Healthcare, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off (PTO), and paid holidays.
  • Growth: Hands-on training across digital, large-format, and installation, with ongoing career development opportunities.
Ready to Make Great Things?

Apply today — we're excited to see what you can do.
