We are looking for motivated, detail-oriented people eager to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking work environment. Duties include saving files and e-mails, large format print production, receiving materials, and phone and e-mail correspondence with customers. In addition to general production, there is an occasional opportunity to make a few local deliveries for mileage pay, so a reliable vehicle is a must. Basic knowledge of computers is expected. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Adobe Creative Suite, or Bluebeam Revu is a PLUS.

Specific job functions include:

1. Providing overall great customer service.
2. Receiving/Unloading pallets of material, some heavy lifting is required.
3. Process orders/files (PDF/Graphics Files) received electronically, walk-in, delivery or other methods.
4. Assist with shop production orders using large and small format printers, bindery, packaging & wrapping and preparing orders for delivery or shipment.
5. Some local deliveries to customer offices for mileage pay.

This is an hourly position which is available as part-time or full-time starting at $19.00 per hour. Our office hours are Monday through Friday 9:00am-5:00pm. This is a position with room for growth and advancement within the company.
