Quantum Graphics is seeking an experienced Large Format Specialist to join our 2nd-shift Large Format Production team in Eden Prairie.

In this hands-on production role, you will operate large-format printers, Zünd cutting equipment, laminators, and finishing equipment to produce high-quality signage, displays, banners, graphics, and other printed products.

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with equipment, takes pride in producing quality work, and can independently move projects through production while troubleshooting challenges along the way.

You'll work closely with your shift lead and an experienced production team to prioritize jobs, maintain quality standards, and complete customer projects accurately and on schedule.

Training will be provided on Quantum Graphics' equipment, processes, maintenance procedures, and production standards.

What You'll Do
  • Operate and maintain large-format printing and cutting equipment
  • Produce banners, posters, signs, displays, decals, and other large-format graphics
  • Review job specifications and prepare equipment and materials for production
  • Monitor print and finishing quality throughout the production process
  • Troubleshoot printing, cutting, material, and equipment issues
  • Perform routine equipment cleaning and preventative maintenance
  • Laminate and precision-cut printed materials
  • Apply adhesives, hardware, grommets, and other finishing components
  • Complete projects accurately and within scheduled deadlines
  • Maintain an organized and safe production area
  • Communicate job status or production concerns with the shift lead
  • Adapt to changing production priorities as needed
  • Perform other production-related duties as assigned

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1–2+ years of large-format printing or related production experience preferred

  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve production problems
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines

Physical & Work Requirements

This is an active production position. The employee must be able to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.

The position regularly requires standing and walking throughout the shift and may also involve periods of sitting. Employees must be able to safely lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds.

The production environment includes printing equipment, cutting equipment, inks, solvents, adhesives, and other materials commonly used in commercial printing. Closed-toe footwear is required.

Occasional overtime, extended shifts, or weekend work may be available or required during peak production periods.
