The Role

We are hiring a Superintendent to lead ground-up commercial projects in the $5M–$40M range. These are repeat-client, program-driven builds with aggressive schedules and clear execution standards.

You will run the site.
You will control the trades.
You will own safety, sequencing, and quality.


Project Profile

· Ground-up large-format retail

· Warehouse / distribution

· Fuel stations and lube facilities

· Car wash facilities

· Repeat-client program work

· Fast-paced schedules with defined closeout targets


What You Own

1. Field Control

· Direct all trade partner activity on site

· Run daily trade huddles and weekly coordination meetings

· Maintain jobsite authority and work sequencing

· Ensure site is clean, organized, and inspection-ready daily

2. Schedule Execution

· Build and manage 2-week lookaheads tied to master schedule

· Identify and correct slippage before it impacts milestones

· Coordinate deliveries, inspections, and manpower alignment

3. Safety Leadership

· Enforce site-specific safety plan

· Conduct and document inspections in Procore

· Issue and close safety observations

· Maintain zero-repeat safety violations

4. Quality Control

· Lead pre-install meetings before major scopes

· Perform in-progress inspections

· Enforce QC standards before work is covered

· Drive clean pre-punch and final inspections

5. Closeout Discipline

· Target <25 punch list items at substantial completion

· Ensure timely correction of deficiencies

· Maintain complete daily documentation in Procore
