As a print shop manager, your duties and responsibilities are to oversee production and operations at a printing shop or press. You assess the budget for each project, handle the procurement of materials, and ensure that the presses are working according to specification. You also oversee the quality assurance of all printed material. As a manager, you have a number of supervisory duties as well, such as hiring and training press operators and layout and design workers, and maintaining good relationships with your clients.

Overview
Insty-Prints is hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) with graphic design experience to support our busy print shop. This role combines customer service, print production support, and basic graphic design.
Key Responsibilities
· Assist customers with printing, copying, signage, and marketing materials
· Process orders and manage customer projects from start to finish
· Review and prepare print-ready files (PDFs, bleeds, margins, layout)
· Make basic edits using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
· Coordinate jobs with production and ensure on-time delivery
Qualifications
· Experience in customer service, print shop, copy center, or sign shop
· Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite / graphic design software
· Strong attention to detail and organization
· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced print production environment
