Job Description

Expected to be the resident experts regarding a segment of IT  technology. Fully capable of project management of large complex  computer systems, fully experienced in Agile practices, adept at complex systems problem solving, and contribute as an independent where needed
given a principle area of technology expertise

Qualifications

General Qualifications:
 Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
 5 - 10 years software development management or system engineering experience
 Experience in complex multi-tiered software system design and integration
o Preferably experience in implementing and or creating interface specifications
 Demonstrated
experience in working directly with customers and or business
stakeholders to translate business requirements into a functional spec
for a development team
o Ability to educate the business regarding
best practices in the industry regarding existing implementations of
similar requirements
 Preferably experience as a software development team lead
 Deep understanding of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Windows development tools
 Familiarity
with the following: Printing and Scanning protocols, OAUTH, ADLDAP,
ADFS, RESTSOAP, TFS, Visual Studio, Cloud Platforms (i.e. Microsoft
Azure), Basic Networking, Windows, Android, iOS, Web App development,
SQL
 Teamwork Experience
 User Interface Design familiarity with Mobile and Web
 Preferably Agile Software Development Process experience
 Object-Oriented Design (OOD) experience
 Familiar with cloud technologies platforms such as Microsoft Azure
 Familiar with techniques for software debugging and troubleshooting
 Excellent written and communication skills
 Excellent interpersonal skills
 Works effectively with internal teams
 Able
to demonstrate the ability to assist the business in maintaining a
competitive and innovative product road map by constantly evaluating
trends and competitive products
 Must have genuine enthusiasm and passion for leaning new technology and software products
