Riot Creative Imaging is seeking a Print Operator to produce high-quality printed materials by following detailed job specifications, including equipment setup, operation, adjustment, and maintenance. This role is responsible for delivering near-photographic print quality and ensuring timely, accurate completion of all jobs.

  • Experience operating roll-to-roll and flatbed printers
  • Ability to offer creative, realistic ideas for internal and client needs
  • Solid working knowledge of large-format printing, finishing processes, and materials
  • Consultative, team-focused approach
  • Strong hands-on experience and communication skills
  • Proactive self-starter with a great attitude and work ethic
  • Ability to facilitate efficient job changeovers
  • Process-oriented mindset to reduce costs and improve efficiency
  • Ability to perform proofing and quality control checks
  • Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions
  • Adobe Suite knowledge is a plus
  • Zünd (router/cutter) file setup and operational knowledge is a plus

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in large-format production
  • Knowledge of material movement through the manufacturing process
  • Background in Onyx or Caldera RIP software preferred
  • Ability to use and read a standard tape measure
  • Strong math skills and creative problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to hand-cut materials using a cutting blade and ruler
  • Reliable attendance to support business operations
  • Occasional late-night or weekend work
  • GED required
