Job description

1st Shift Large Format Print Operator – Dallas, TX

We are seeking an experienced Large Format Print Operator to join our production team in Dallas, TX. This is a 1st shift, full-time position for a motivated professional with experience operating large-format digital printing equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Pay: $23.00 – $30.00 per hour 

Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain large-format digital printers and finishing equipment
  • Manage daily production schedules while meeting quality and delivery deadlines
  • Perform color calibration, profiling, and quality control inspections
  • Set up and process files using RIP software
  • Troubleshoot print, color, and equipment issues
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning on production equipment
  • Work closely with prepress, graphics, and finishing departments
  • Ensure all work meets customer specifications and company standards

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of large-format printing experience preferred
  • Experience with Durst printers strongly preferred
  • Proficiency with Caldera RIP software required
  • Knowledge of color management and print production workflows
  • Ability to read work orders and follow production specifications
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
