Physical Therapist (PT)

Location: Richland, WA

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Clinic Type: Outpatient Orthopedic Clinic

Continuing Education: $2,000 per year

Job Summary & Responsibilities:

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join a supportive, patient-centered outpatient orthopedic clinic in Richland, WA. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, evidence-based care and develop individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve optimal functional outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

  • Provide evidence-based orthopedic rehabilitation treatments

  • Deliver exercise-based therapy, manual therapy, and functional training

  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary

  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members

  • Contribute to a collaborative clinic environment and assist with overall clinic operations

Education, Licensure, and Experience:

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT preferred)

  • Active or eligible for Washington State Physical Therapy License

  • Passion for orthopedic rehabilitation and patient-centered care

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
