• Conduct comprehensive assessments of new clients, utilizing diagnostic tools and interviews to gather pertinent information about their mental health needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based modalities tailored to each client’s therapeutic goals and personal circumstances.
• Deliver individual therapy sessions using various therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness practices.
• Establish clear therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and monitor progress through regular evaluations and adjustments of treatment plans.
• Provide teletherapy options to ensure accessibility and continuity of care for clients who may face challenges attending in-person sessions.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes to adhere to ethical standards and facilitate reimbursement processes.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and consultation with peers to enhance clinical skills and stay updated on best practices in mental health care.

Our counselors work with a diverse clientele facing various mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and relational difficulties. • Must hold a current and valid state license as either an LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with clients of varying backgrounds.

• Demonstrated experience in providing therapy in a clinical or outpatient setting.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.
• Experience working with specific populations, such as children, adolescents, or individuals with trauma histories, is a plus.

The Licensed Mental Health Counselor position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience. In addition to a motivating salary, our benefits package includes:
