Lara & Luna is seeking an exceptional litigation attorney to join our growing Plaintiff's Employment Law practice. We represent employees in complex matters involving wrongful termination, retaliation, whistleblower claims, disability discrimination, harassment, wage and hour violations, and other employment-related disputes against private corporations who violate employment laws. Qualifications include:

  • Active membership in the California State Bar.
  • 1+ years of litigation experience.
  • Experience drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery.
  • Experience taking and defending depositions.
  • Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
  • Ability to independently manage a litigation caseload.
  • Trial experience is a plus but not required.
