About Us
Language Trainers is an international language training company working with freelance teachers of 99+ languages in hundreds of cities worldwide. Founded in 2004, our motto is Any Language, Anytime, Anywhere.
We provide customized language training to professionals and private students for work, family, and travel purposes.
Position Details
We are currently looking for a Khmer Teacher for one of our clients in Cincinnati, United States.

  • Format: one-to-one
  • Total Hours: 100
  • Session length: two-hour
  • Location: Trainer's home/office or public location near 41015, Cincinnati
  • Student Level: Beginner
  • Student Age Group: 18-24
  • Schedule: 3 times per week, (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday on 12pm)
  • Start Date: 2026-08-14
  • Motivation: "So my mom is white but she learned a lot of Khmer from my dad's family and eventually she learned enough to translate and interpret for other Cambodians in need of a lawyer or medical. So I'm wanting to do the same thing she did! I'm also looking for training so I can speak to my family in Khmer."

Ideal Candidate
  • Be a native Khmer speaker and/or hold a relevant teaching qualification
  • Have experience as a language teacher, translator or interpreter
  • Have a valid work permit/visa
  • Live within 20 miles of the specified location

Conditions
  • Schedule and location may be flexible based on availability
  • Hourly rate is negotiable depending on experience and qualifications
  • Freelance, part-time position
  • We are not able to sponsor visas
