You will primarily work with stable adults experiencing low acuity mental health concerns. All clients undergo a pre-screening process to ensure they are appropriate for the services offered, which means you will not be working with severe mental health cases. Clients are matched with you based on your expertise and preferences, ensuring a productive therapeutic fit.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Active and unrestricted licensure in California, including LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW, permitting independent practice without supervision.
• Strong clinical skills demonstrated by the ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
• Excellent interpersonal skills characterized by empathy, active listening, and a compassionate demeanor.
• Proficient in using technology for telehealth platforms and maintaining accurate documentation.
