PLI Construct, the construction division of Prairie Landworks, Inc. is currently looking for experienced CONCRETE CARPENTERS & FINISHERS.ย These positions are located in Central Kansasย and offer a very competitive employment package.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Safe and productive construction and installation of concrete formwork.
  • Installation of reinforcing steel, embedded items, anchor bolts.
  • Assisting with accurate placement and quality finishing of structural concrete and flatwork.
  • Be willing to help teach your craft to other crew members.
  • Be familiar with or qualified to operate equipment commonly found on a construction jobsite.

Job Qualifications:ย 

  • Ability to read and interpret project plans.
  • Must have a great attitude and be willing to work hard and set the example for others on the crew.
  • Kansas Drivers License required, Class A CDL with Combined Vehicle and Air Brake endorsements is preferred
  • Pass a background check, pre-employment and random drug testing
  • Enjoys making work fun for his/her crew and subcontractors
  • Bi-lingual in English and Spanish is a big plus
