Job description

Landscaping Supervisor - Full-time - Year-round - Greensboro NC

Monday - Friday 

6am - 2pm (during Summer time to avoid heat)

7am - 3pm (during Fall, Winter, and Spring)

Requirements: 1-2 years of landscaping and supervisory experience

Documents: Valid Driver’s License

Location: Start your day at 218 Industrial Ave, Greensboro, and ride with the crew to job sites.

Position Responsibilities:

- Ensures all equipment is loaded on the trucks each morning and is responsible for the inventory of equipment and tools at the end of the day

- Responsible for checking all tools are in safe working condition before assigning them to crew members

- Assist with mowing, leaf removal, trimming, mulching, and edging

- Operate heavy equipment including, but not limited to, bush hogs, tractors, and mowers

- Performs snow removal activities where applicable

- Performs on-the-job training for each crew member and monitors time management during breaks

- Quality assurance on maintained properties

- Responsible for other various duties assigned
